Feeder Unit:

Adopts lead-edge feeding, independently driven by servo motor.  It feeds paper stably without crushing corrugation or damaging paper surface, with high positioning accuracy, running smoothly at high speed without deviation or jamming.

Printer Unit:

Full vacuum transfer. Adopts eco-friendly water-based ink flexo printing, equipped with ceramic anilox roller and enclosed doctor blade. Electric phase fine adjustment ensures high-precision color registration. Printed patterns keep clean and non-staining by natural air drying during running.
 
 

Computer Slotter Unit:

Servo synchronous driving, integrating scoring, slotting, corner cutting and edge trimming in one unit. CNC electric knife position adjustment is available. Adopts pre-pressure and forming combined scoring structure, with smooth scoring line, no flute cracking and neat cutting edge; supports fast conversion of various carton sizes.

Die Cutter Unit:

Adopts servo synchronous drive. Die-cutting pressure is pneumatically adjustable; the rubber pad supports automatic transverse shifting to extend service life. It features precise registration and neat cutting edge, suitable for production of standard and special-shaped cartons.
